Michelle Danielle Coco (35) was served by Department of Insurance Fraud Section Investigators today with an additional $500 fine notice for allegedly accepting commissions while conducting the business of insurance without a license.

Coco was served by Department of Insurance Fraud Section Investigators in November with a cease and desist order $500 fine notice for conducting insurance business without a license.
