Department of Insurance Office of Consumer Advocacy Addresses Iberville Council on Aging in Maringouin

Staff of the Department of Insurance Office of Consumer Advocacy spoke to the Iberville Council on Aging in Maringouin on Wednesday, August 19.

According to Sherice Forte, Insurance Specialist for the Office of Consumer Advocacy, topics of discussion included hurricane preparedness, along with the duties and functions of the Department of Insurance and its Office of Consumer Advocacy. Ms. Forte answered insurance-related questions and disseminated informational brochures to the 33 attendees.
